Shipping Policy (Domestic – India & International)

Insured Post and Packing is not FREE.

There is no limit to the number of items in an order.
Delivery Schedules
Under normal condition Minimum and maximum Delivery timeline is 5 to 10 Days

• Under normal circumstances we aim to ship within 3 to 5 working days of receiving an order.
• In practice for most orders it is quicker than that, usually within 2 working days.
• If any part of your order is out of stock, then shipping will usually take according the statues/sculptures size and design. For 1ft statues we take 20 to 25 days and 2ft statues we take 1 month and over 3ft statues or sculptures we will take 2 months to carve etc.

If we are unable to ship your order soon enough, you have the option to change it or cancel it.
• Shipping costs and handling costs are extra and will be calculated based on the customer’s shipping address. This item cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for any queries or concerns.

Insurance

• If you want to do Insurance on your statue or sculpture its optional it will paid by you. For Sum Insured upto INR 1 lac, excess of INR 4,500/-. For Sum insured above INR 1 lac to INR 5 lacs, excess of INR 10,500/-. For Sum insured
  above INR 5 lacs excess of INR 25,000/-.

Packaging

• Packing: We take utmost care in shipping and packing each sculpture. It is extremely important to us that each sculpture arrives whole and undamaged. We use an Instapack custom foam system and corrugated cardboard boxes for all. Foam packing is a state-of-the-art packaging method that molds to the exact contours of each individual sculpture giving complete protection. For all freight deliveries, a custom wooden box is built to fit individual sculpture dimensions. Wooden braces are used to make sure that the piece does not move in the box during the shipping process. If there is any damage to a statue/sculpture please notify us immediately. Save all the packaging materials.

Tracking Numbers: Once your order has been picked up by Carriers we will notify you a tracking number.

Accepting Delivery of ‘Signed For’ Parcels

• Your delivery is insured whatever its value. However for more valuable purchases it may be necessary to sign for the parcel on delivery. For your insurance to be valid it is important that you examine the parcel carefully before signing for it. You do not have to unwrap it but if there are any external indications of damage such as holes, bending or signs of having been wet, then make a note of this against your signature
  so it is put on record with the delivery company.

Damage

• We take utmost care to insure that a sculpture is not damaged in shipping by packing each piece with care. However, no matter how perfectly a sculpture is packed, the journey from our store to your home is out of our hands. If a sculpture has been damaged in shipping please notify immediately so that the proper insurance measures can be taken. Be sure to keep all of the packaging materials which will be needed for inspection by the shipping company. Without it, we will not be able to make a claim with insurance company as they require all the original packing materials. We suggest you to do insurance on your valuable products buy from us.

International Shipping Information

• Ordering for International Customers: If you are an international customer you may proceed through our regular checkout or call in your order at: +91 9937169163 or info@channelm2.com. International shipping charges will be added to your order is immediately calculated. Please email creativehandicrafts2@gmail.com or info@channelm2.com or call us +91 9937169163 to receive a shipping quote. Please include the item number of the statue you are interested in purchasing. We can also use any service of the client’s choosing.

International Shipping Charges:

•  Please be advised that the shipping charges will not be included at the time of checkout and will come out as $0. The exact costs for international shipments will be sent to you via e-mail. After your order we will add the shipping charges and email you a new receipt. For all our heavy large statues we build a custom crate for the sculpture so that it is packed safely for the journey. The crate is made using a pallet so that it can be easily moved during the shipping process. We build a crate around the statue on the pallet and then brace the statue inside using 2x4s so the sculpture does not shift during its journey. We do not charge anything for crating the sculpture. We pass on the exact shipping charges to you that we are charged by the shipping company. The freight delivery charges include a residential, lift gate delivery to your home. For all residential
  deliveries the shipping company will contact you prior to delivery to set up a day and time frame where you will be home for delivery. We ask you to please look over the crate when the delivery is made and note if there is any damage to the crate on the delivery receipt you are given by the driver.

Customs and Duties

• There may be duties or taxes importing a Channel M2 Art Studio products into your country. Please check with your government to determine the duties as they vary country to country. For most international countries customs charges are the same as sales tax. The customer is responsible for whatever duties apply to the statue. Channel M2 Art Studio is not responsible for any delays that occur because of a countries customs laws..
