1. Coverage & Service Areas
We ship within India to all states and union territories.
For international orders, please contact us before or during checkout to confirm availability, shipping cost, and transit time.
Some remote, restricted, or non-serviceable locations may incur additional charges or may not be eligible for delivery. We will inform you in such cases.
2. Processing / Handling Time
Standard orders: We process (pack and prepare for dispatch) within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays for small orders) after payment confirmation.

Custom / made-to-order sculptures/statues: Processing may require 7–20 business days, depending on size, design, material, and workload.
During peak seasons, festivals, or due to raw material shortages, processing time may increase. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

These are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
4. Shipping Charges & Fees
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and any necessary crating.

If we offer free shipping above a certain order value, it will be clearly mentioned.
For international orders, we will email you a revised invoice including shipping charges (if not already shown during checkout).
5. Packaging & Protection
We take great care in packaging fragile stone / marble sculptures. Our methods include:
Custom-cut foam (Instapack or equivalent) that molds to contours of the object
Corrugated cardboard boxes, padding, bubble wrap, corner protection
For large / heavy items: custom wooden crates / pallets with bracing to prevent movement
Wooden braces inside crates to secure the piece against shifting
We do not charge extra for crating — we pass on only the actual cost charged by the shipping company. channelm2.com
6. Insurance & Declared Value
Insurance is optional. You may choose to insure your shipment based on its value.
Insurance amount will be paid before shipping
If you opt for insurance, we will declare the value and assist with claims if damage / loss occurs.
7. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email (or SMS if provided) containing the tracking number and a tracking link.
You may monitor the shipment progress via the courier’s tracking portal.
8. Delivery / Signature & Accepting Parcels
Most deliveries require signature upon receipt.
Before signing, inspect the outer packaging for visible damage (holes, crushing, moisture, etc.).
If you notice external damage, note it on the delivery receipt (e.g. “box dented,” “wet patch”) before accepting the parcel. This helps support insurance or courier claims.
If you are not available, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave pickup instructions, or return to sender. Additional redelivery or storage charges may apply.
9. Damage / Loss / Claims Procedure
Upon delivery, inspect the sculpture immediately (without unwrapping if possible).
If there is visible damage, notify us within 48 hours with:
Photographs of the damage and packaging (all angles)
The shipping / tracking number
Order details (invoice number, item)
Keep all packaging — the courier / insurer may require inspection of internal and external packing for claim.
For lost or severely damaged items (unusable), we will, at our discretion, replace (if inventory allows) or refund (after verifying with courier / insurer).
We will assist in lodging insurance / damage claims with the courier.
10. Delays & Exceptions (Force Majeure)
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays beyond our control, including:
Courier service disruptions
Customs clearance delays
Weather / natural disasters
Strikes / labor disruptions
Government / regulatory actions
In such cases, we will communicate with you and assist as much as possible to resolve or mitigate the delay.
11. International Orders & Customs / Duties
For international customers, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply in your country. These are your responsibility.
Customs delays are beyond our control — we are not liable for delayed delivery due to customs.
We will provide all necessary documentation (invoice, packing list) to facilitate customs clearance.
12. Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order before it’s dispatched, contact us immediately (within 24 hours if possible).
Once dispatched, cancellation or changes may not be possible. You may be responsible for return shipping if applicable.
